MA Elite Batch 2027 – 100% Refund Guarantee Terms & Conditions

This Refund Guarantee Program is applicable only to students officially enrolled in the MA Elite Batch 2027.

The purpose of this guarantee is to reward sincere, disciplined, and actively participating students who follow the complete preparation process prescribed by Mariners Assemble.

The student must maintain a minimum of 90% attendance in all live classes conducted during the batch.

The student must complete at least 90% of the assignments, DPPs, practice sheets, mock tests, and academic activities provided during the course.

The student must appear for all major mock tests, assessments, and evaluation activities conducted by Mariners Assemble.

The student must remain an active and disciplined participant throughout the batch duration.

The student must be fully eligible for IMU CET 2027 as per the eligibility criteria prescribed by the concerned authorities.

The student must register for and appear in IMU CET 2027.

The student must submit their IMU CET Admit Card, Scorecard, Rank Card, and any other relevant documents requested by Mariners Assemble for verification purposes.

The Refund Guarantee shall be applicable only if the student fulfills all the above requirements and remains unable to secure an IMU CET rank.

No refund shall be provided if the student:
• Does not register for IMU CET 2027.
• Is found ineligible for IMU CET 2027.
• Fails to appear for the examination for any reason.
• Voluntarily chooses not to appear for the examination.
• Changes career plans or decides not to pursue admission through IMU CET.
• Is debarred, disqualified, or prevented from appearing in the examination by any authority. -
Students shall be disqualified from the Refund Guarantee Program in cases of:
• Attendance shortage.
• Failure to complete mandatory assignments, tests, or academic activities.
• Sharing course content, study material, recordings, login credentials, or proprietary resources.
• Use of unfair means or academic dishonesty.
• Fake attendance, proxy attendance, or any attempt to manipulate attendance records.
• Repeated violation of batch rules and guidelines.
• Abusive, disruptive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior towards mentors, staff members, or fellow students.
• Any act considered detrimental to the learning environment, discipline, or reputation of the batch. -
Refund claims must be submitted within 15 days from the declaration of IMU CET 2027 results.

Registration fees, platform fees, payment gateway charges, taxes, physical study material charges, shipping charges, and third-party service fees shall remain non-refundable.

Mariners Assemble reserves the right to verify attendance records, assignment completion records, test participation records, examination documents, disciplinary records, and all other eligibility requirements before approving any refund claim.

Mariners Assemble reserves the right to reject any refund claim involving false information, forged documents, misrepresentation, concealment of facts, or violation of these terms and conditions.

The decision of Mariners Assemble regarding eligibility, verification, discipline, and refund approval shall be final and binding.

By enrolling in the MA Elite Batch 2027, the student confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the above terms and conditions.
