REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all purchases made through Mariners Assemble, including educational courses, online batches, study materials, books, and related products.

A. BOOKS, STUDY MATERIALS & PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

  1. All purchases of books, printed study materials, merchandise, and other physical products are final.

  2. No refund, return, exchange, or cancellation shall be provided once an order has been placed.

  3. Refunds shall not be granted on the grounds of:
    • Change of mind.
    • Incorrect selection by the customer.
    • Lack of usage.
    • Delay caused by courier partners beyond reasonable control.
    • Academic performance or examination results.

  4. In case a product is received in a severely damaged condition due to shipping, the customer must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photographic evidence. Mariners Assemble reserves the sole right to determine whether a replacement will be provided.

  5. Shipping charges, handling charges, payment gateway charges, taxes, and any third-party fees are non-refundable.

B. MA ELITE BATCH 2027 – 100% REFUND GUARANTEE PROGRAM

  1. The Refund Guarantee Program is applicable only to students officially enrolled in the MA Elite Batch 2027.

  2. This guarantee is intended exclusively for sincere, disciplined, and actively participating students who complete the preparation process prescribed by Mariners Assemble.

  3. The student must maintain a minimum of 90% attendance in all live classes conducted during the batch.

  4. The student must complete at least 90% of assignments, DPPs, practice sheets, mock tests, and other academic activities provided during the batch.

  5. The student must appear for all major mock tests, assessments, and evaluation activities conducted by Mariners Assemble.

  6. The student must remain an active and disciplined participant throughout the duration of the batch.

  7. The student must be fully eligible for IMU CET 2027 as per the eligibility criteria prescribed by the relevant authorities.

  8. The student must register for and appear in IMU CET 2027.

  9. The student must submit their IMU CET Admit Card, Scorecard, Rank Card, and any additional documents requested by Mariners Assemble for verification purposes.

  10. The Refund Guarantee shall be applicable only if the student fulfills all eligibility requirements stated herein and remains unable to secure an IMU CET rank.

  11. No refund shall be provided if the student:
    • Does not register for IMU CET 2027.
    • Is found ineligible for IMU CET 2027.
    • Fails to appear for the examination.
    • Voluntarily chooses not to appear for the examination.
    • Changes career plans or decides not to pursue admission through IMU CET.
    • Is debarred, disqualified, or prevented from appearing in the examination by any authority.

  12. Students shall become ineligible for the Refund Guarantee Program in cases of:
    • Attendance shortage.
    • Failure to complete mandatory assignments, tests, or academic activities.
    • Sharing course content, study materials, recordings, login credentials, or proprietary resources.
    • Fake attendance, proxy attendance, or manipulation of attendance records.
    • Academic dishonesty or unfair practices.
    • Violation of batch rules or instructions.
    • Abusive, disruptive, threatening, or inappropriate conduct towards staff, mentors, or fellow students.

  13. Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days from the declaration of IMU CET 2027 results.

  14. Mariners Assemble reserves the right to verify attendance records, test participation records, assignment completion records, examination documents, and disciplinary records before approving any refund claim.

  15. Any refund claim involving false information, forged documents, misrepresentation, concealment of facts, or violation of these terms shall be rejected.

  16. Registration fees, platform fees, payment gateway charges, taxes, physical study material charges, shipping charges, and third-party service fees shall remain non-refundable and may be deducted from any approved refund amount.

  17. The decision of Mariners Assemble regarding eligibility, verification, discipline, and refund approval shall be final and binding.

C. GENERAL COURSE REFUND POLICY

  1. Except for the specific MA Elite Batch 2027 Refund Guarantee Program described above, all course enrollments, digital products, recorded lectures, memberships, and online educational services provided by Mariners Assemble are non-refundable once access has been granted.

  2. Refund requests based on personal reasons, change of plans, dissatisfaction after course consumption, lack of participation, or examination performance shall not be entertained.
